Initial Narrative     V1 RAN THE RED TRAFFIC LIGHT WESTBOUND ON US 62 AND COLLIDED WITH V2 THAT WAS TURNING LEFT ON A GREEN ARROW EASTBOUND. DRIVER OF V1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO NW MEDICAL IN BENTONVILLE WHERE SHE LATER SUCCUMBED TO HER INJURIES.
