Initial Narrative     V1 AND V2 WERE TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON HWY 412 IN SPRINGDALE. V1 STOPPED FOR THE TRAFFIC LIGHT AT 56TH STREET IN THE OUTSIDE LANE AND WAS STRUCK BY V2 IN THE REAR. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED AND SEAT BELT WAS IN USE: THOMAS ROSENWINKEL 05/03/58 270 SUN PRAIRIE ST. PRYOR OK.
