V-2 WAS NORTHBOUND ON SH 23 AND NEGOTIATING A LEFT HAND CURVE.V-1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND STRUCK V-2 HEAD ON.AFTER IMPACT , V-1 CAME TO REST IN THE ROADWAY AND V-2 CAME TO REST OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.ITS UNK IF DRIVER OF V-2 WAS WEARING A SEATBELT.
