Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON I-540 IN THE INSIDE SB LANE NEAR THE 46MM WHEN HE LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE & TRAVELED OF THE RIGHT (WEST)SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE. THE VEHICLE OVERTURNED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE COMING TO REST ON ITS TOP. DRIVER WAS EJECTED AND PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY WASHINGTON CO CORONER GARY HILL.
