Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 24. THE DRIVER OF V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL AS HE DROVE STRAIGHT. V1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND THE DRIVER OVER-STEERED TO THE RIGHT CAUSING V1 TO SKID AND ENTER ONTO THE EASTBOUND ROADSIDE. V1 STRUCK A TREE AND ROTATED COUNTER-CLOCKWISE CAUSING THE DRIVER TO BE EJECTED BEFORE COMING TO REST.
