Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A LEFT HAND TURN AND TRAVELING DOWNHILL. V2 WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT HAND TURN AND TRAVELING UPHILL. THE DRIVER OF V1 LOST CONTROL OF V1 AND BEGAN TO SPIN IN A COUNTERCLOCKWISE ROTATION CROSSING INTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE. V2 SWERVED RIGHT ATTEMPTING TO AVOID THE COLLISION. THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE OF V1 STRUCK THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE OF V2 ON THE SOUTHBOUND SHOULDER.
