Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF V1 WAS DRIVING NORTH BOUND ON JENNY LIND AND CAME TO A STOP AT THE RED LIGHT FOR CAVANAUGH. ONCE HE WAS THERE FOR SEVERAL SECONDS AND CHECKED AROUND HIM HE PROCEEDED TO TURN RIGHT ONTO JENNY LIND WHERE V1 AND THE BICYCLIST COLLIDED.
