Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON HWY 412. V1 APPROACHED WADE ROAD WHEN IT LOST CONTROL AND SPUN SIDEWAYS AND SLID INTO THE MEDIAN. THEN V1 BECAME AIRBORNE AND OVERTURNED INTO THE WESTBOUND TRAFFIC LANE. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED AND PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE WASHINGTON COUNTY CORONER'S OFFICE.
