Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTH ON HIGHWAY 167. DRIVER VEERED INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC THEN WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND INTO A DITCH. V1 STRUCK A TREE EJECTING THE DRIVER. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY UNION COUNTY CORONER CURTIS BUTTERFIELD.
