Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 63. V-2 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 63. V-1 CROSSED OVER THE CENTERLINE INTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE AND STRUCK V-2 ON ITS DRIVER'S SIDE. AFTER IMPACT V-1 CAME TO REST IN THE EAST ROADSIDE AND V-2 OVERTURNED IN THE ROADWAY.
