Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON HWY 286. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT WHERE HE STRUCK A CULVERT AND WENT AIRBORNE. V1 LANDED AND STRUCK ANOTHER CULVERT WHERE IT CAME TO A FINAL REST FACING WEST.
