Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON ASH STREET, POTTSVILLE (HWY 331) WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF THE MOTORCYCLE, RAN OFF THE ROADWAY ON THE SOUTH SIDE, STRUCK A DRIVEWAY EMBANKMENT, WENT AIRBORNE AND THEN STRUCK THE PORCH RAILING AT 4664 W. ASH STREET. THE DRIVER WAS NOT WEARING A HELMET. THE DRIVER WAS FLOWN TO BAPTIST MEDICAL CENTER IN LITTLE ROCK WHERE HE DIED AT APPROXIMATELY 9:30PM ON 08/16/2006.
