Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 21 WHILE NEGOTIATING A LEFT HAND CURVE. WHILE NEGOTIATING THE CURVE V-1 LOST CONTROL AND TRAVELED OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY. THE FRONT LEFT OF V-1 MADE IMPACT WITH A TREE AND CAME TO A REST.
