Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND IN THE LEFT LANE WHEN HE CROSSED THE TURN LANE AND BOUNCED OFF OF V2 WHO WAS IN THE LEFT LANE ON THE NORTHBOUND SIDE. V1 SPUN IN A COUNTERCLOCKWISE MOTION WHILE SLIDING INTO THE RIGHT LANE ON THE NORTHBOUND SIDE. V1 WAS STRUCK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BY V3. V1 AND V3 CAME TO REST IN THE DITCH
