Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 8. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY AND TRAVELED DOWN THE DITCH STRIKING A DRIVEWAY EMBANKMENT AND CULVERT. V1 CAME TO REST ON THE DRIVEWAY. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY DR. JOHN SWEATT AT MENA REGIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM AT 10:13PM.
