Initial Narrative     V1 CROSSED INTO THE EAST BOUND LANE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY. IT THEN STRUCK A CULVERT AND FLIPPED. V1 CAME TO REST UPSIDE DOWN. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY CORONER MICHAEL WALTON AT THE SCENE.
