Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE LANES WHEN SHE SAW A VEHICLE IN HER BLIND SPOT, TRIED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND FLIPPED HER VEHICLE. THE PASSENGER WAS EJECTED, AND TRANSPORTED TO ARK CHILDREN'S HOSP AND DIED ON 9-6-2007. DRIVER OF V-1 IS VALERIA FREEMAN DOB 8-30-64. PASSENGER WAS 7 YOA.
