Initial Narrative     V2 DROVE OFF THE RIGHT SHOULDER OVER CORRECTED ROTATED COUNTER CLOCKWISE AND CROSSED THE CENTER LINE INTO THE NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE. V1 STRUCK V2 ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. VICTIMS WERE PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY CONWAY COUNTY CORONER RICHARD NEAL.
