Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON WHEELER RD. V1 LEFT THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF THE ROAD AND OVER-CORRECTED THEN V1 DROVE OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD HIT A TREE AND BURST INTO FLAMES. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED ON THE SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER MAURICE.
