Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTH ON HIGHWAY 7, FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND WENT OFF THE ROAD TO THE RIGHT SIDE. V1 STRUCK A CULVERT AND BOTH DRIVER AND PASSENGER WERE EJECTED. PASSENGER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE.
