Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED AND CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND RAN OFF ROAD AND STRUCK SOME TREES. DRIVER AND VEHICLE WERE LOCATED ON 9/2/08 AT 12:45 PM. DRIVER WAS PROUNCED DEAD BY STAN MCGAHEE DEPUTY CORONER DALLAS CO.
