Initial Narrative     V-1 CROSSED THE CENTER LEFT TURN LANE AND ONCOMING TRAFFIC LANES EXITING THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT. THE FRONT OF V-1 COLLIDED WITH A CULVERT CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO OVERTURN. V-1 CAME TO A FINAL REST IN THE SOUTHBOUND ROADWAY DITCH FACING WEST.
