Initial Narrative     VEHICLE 1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON STATE HWY 1 WHEN THE DRIVER FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE. VEHICLE 1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT AND STRUCK A TREE. THE DRIVER AND BOTH PASSENGERS WERE PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY MONROE COUNTY CORONER BOB NEAL.
