Initial Narrative     THE DRIVER OF V1 DROVE THE VEHICLE OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND ENTERED THE MEDIAN. UPON ENTERING THE MEDIAN V1 STRUCK THE CABLE BARRIER BEFORE COMING TO A FINAL REST IN THE WESTBOUND LANE.
