Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 62. V1 BLEW A FRONT TIRE AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT TO A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY AND OVERTURNED. THE PASSENGER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY DEPUTY CORONER JARROD LOWE.
