Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EB ON INTERSTATE 30 WEAVING IN AND OUT OF TRAFFIC. UPON PASSING A VEHICLE BY SPLITTING A LANE V1 LOST CONTROL AND STRUCK THE GUARDRAIL ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE. DRIVER OF V1 WAS EJECTED. THE FINAL STOPPING POINT OF V1 WAS ON THE RAMP TO INTERSTATE 40WB.
