Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HWY 29. V1 DROVE OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND STRUCK A CONCRETE CULVERT. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED BY LAFAYETTE DEPUTY CORONER CHRIS FLYNT AT 1:44PM.
