Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON INTERSTATE 530 NEAR MILE MARKER 18 WHEN IT LOST CONTROL AND LEFT THE ROADWAY. V-1 OVERTURNED ONTO ITS DRIVER’S SIDE BEFORE STRIKING A TREE AND COMING TO REST. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE BY JEFFERSON COUNTY DEPUTY CORONER APRIL DAVIS AT 10:04 P.M.
