V-1 THEN STRUCK V-2 HEAD ON WHILE IN THE S/B TRAFFIC LANE AND BOTH VEHICLES CAME TO REST IN S/B TRAFFIC LANE AFTER IMPACT. DRIVER OF V-2 WAS EDWARD DAVID DOB/08-25-68 OF 24900 HWY 37 SAREPTA LA. HE WAS USING SEAT BELT.
