Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WB ON STATELINE RD TRAVELING AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED, WHEN THE DRIVER FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT-HAND CURVE. THE VEH WENT OFF THE ROAD, HIT A TREE, AND ROLLED ONTO THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED AND THE VEHICLE LANDED ON HIM. V-1 THEN CAUGHT ON FIRE.
