Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON THE GARLAND EXIT RAMP FROM FULBRIGHT EXPRESSWAY. V1 TRAVELED OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE LEFT AND CONTINUED TO TRAVEL SOUTHBOUND BEFORE COLLIDING WITH A TREE. V1 ROTATED ONTO ITS TOP COMING TO A FINAL REST ON ITS TOP FACING EAST.
