Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 56. V2 WAS NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 9. V1 FAILED TO YIELD AT THE STOP SIGN AT HIGHWAY 56 AND HIGHWAY 9, AND PULLED DIRECTLY INTO THE PATH OF V2. V2 STRUCK V1 IN THE RIGHT SIDE. THE DRIVER OF V2 WAS NOT INJURED AND SEAT BELT WAS IN USE: CHRISTOPHER LAMB 02/08/1976, 4830 PRIVATE DRIVE 1612, WEST PLAINS MO.
