Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 45. V1 CROSSED THE CENTERLINE AND EXITED THE ROADWAY IN A NORTHWEST DIRECTION. V1 STRUCK A FENCE BEFORE COLLIDING WITH A TREE. V1 CAME TO FINAL REST NEAR THE BASE OF THE TREE.
