Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON US HWY 79 & CAMDEN RD. IN THE LEFT HAND LANE APPROACHING THE NORTHBOUND EXIT TRAFFIC LIGHT OF I-530 WHEN P1 CAME FROM THE WEST ON A BICYCLE INTO THE PATH OF V1. V1 WAS UNABLE TO STOP AND STRUCK P1.
