Initial Narrative     THE VICTIM WITH A BASEBALL BAT IN HAND APPROACHED V1 ON ALBERT HILL ROAD. V1 DRIVER PUT THE VEHICLE IN REVERSE AND WHEN THE VICTIM OPENED THE DRIVERS DOOR THE DRIVER PUSHED THE GAS PEDAL DOWN AND STRUCK THE VICTIM WITH THE DOOR OF THE VEHICLE. THE VICTIM WAS KNOCKED DOWN AND RUN OVER BY THE VEHICLE. NOT INJURED: DRIVER V1: JAMES H. CAPPS (M)01/17/1973 483 WELLS RD BALD KNOB AR
