Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EASTBOUND ON I-40 WHEN V1 EXITED THE RIGHT HAND LANE. V1 THEN WENT THROUGH A FENCE AND CAME TO REST AFTER HITTING A TREE. IT IS UNKNOWN IF DRIVER WAS WEARING HIS SEATBELT. HE WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
