Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS NORTHBOUND AND TOPPED THE CREST OF A HILL IN A SLIGHT LEFT HAND CURVE. THE VICTIM WAS LYING FACE DOWN IN THE NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE AND V-1 RAN OVER THE VICTIM. DRIVER OF V1 WAS LAUREN DUKE DOB/010287 OF FRIENDSHIP, AR WHO WAS NOT INJURED.
