Initial Narrative     OPERATOR OF V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 65 IN THE INSIDE LANE IN BURLINGTON. OPERATOR OF V2 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON U.S. HIGHWAY 65 IN THE INSIDE LANE IN FRONT OF V1. V1 FAILED TO OBEY FLASHING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS AND CHANGE LANES WHICH CAUSED V1'S FRONT TO STRIKE V2'S REAR. V1 CAME TO FINAL REST FACING NORTH IN THE INSIDE LANE.
