Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS ON THE NORTHBOUND SHOULDER FACING NORTHBOUND ON US HIGHWAY 67. V-1 THEN ATTEMPTED A U-TURN AND CROSSED INTO THE PATH OF V-2. V-2 STRUCK THE LEFT FRONT OF V-1. AFTER INITIAL IMPACT V-2 OVERTURNED ON THE SOUTHBOUND ROADSIDE.
