Initial Narrative     RHODES WAS DRIVING AN OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLE ON FS 961 HEADING WEST. RHODES STRUCK A DEER WITH THE FRONT OF HIS MOTORCYCLE. THE MOTORCYCLE CAME TO REST ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD ON A CULVERT. RHODES CAME TO REST ON THE ROAD WEST OF THE CULVERT.
