Initial Narrative     VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING SOUTH ON STATE HIGHWAY 147 IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE. TRAVELED THROUGH BARACADES JUMPED A DITCH AND STRUCK THE BACK OF A TRACK HOE THEN CAUGHT FIRE.
