Initial Narrative     P1 WAS LAYING IN THE ROAD AND STRUCK BY TWO VEHICLES TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON NORTH HICO STREET BOTH VEHICLES FLED THE SCENE. P1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO SILOAM SPRINGS REGIONAL HOSPITAL WHERE THEY WAS LATER PRONOUNCED DECEASED.
