Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON SH 298. V-1 LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE NORTH SHOULDER WENT THROUGH A DITCH AND STRUCK A TREE. V-1 CAME TO REST ON THE DRIVERS SIDE AND CAUGHT FIRE. DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY CORONER STEWART SMEDLEY. VICTIM WAS IDENTIFIED BY THE STATE CRIME LAB ON 8/31/12 AT 759AM.
