Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND IN THE EASTBOUND LANES OF I-440. V1 STRUCK V2 HEAD-ON THEN STRUCK V3. ALL DRIVERS WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE THE VICTIM DIED A SHORT TIME AFTER ARRIVING.
