Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 385. DRIVER OF V1 FAILED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL AND V1 WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK AND EMBANKMENT. V1 THEN OVERTURNED. THE DRIVER AND FRONT SEAT PASSENGER WERE EJECTED. THE FRONT SEAT PASSENGER WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT UNITY HEALTH HOSPITAL.
