Initial Narrative     V1 TURNED TO THE LEFT AND RAN OFF THE ROADWAY. V1 DROVE OFF AN EMBANKMENT ON THE WEST SIDE OF HORSEHEAD CREEK. V1 FELL APPROXIMATELY 25 FEET BEFORE CRASHING INTO THE CREEK BELOW. BOTH OCCUPANTS WERE PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE.
