Initial Narrative     V-1 (MOTORCYCLE) WAS NB ON HWY 167 WHEN THE DRIVER FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE ON THE 19 EXIT RAMP AND WENT INTO THE DITCH. THE MOTORCYCLE OVERTURNED EJECTING THE DRIVER.
