Initial Narrative     V1 HIT THE INSIDE CONCRETE WALL AND ROLLED ONTO ITS SIDE. V3 PULLED OVER TO THE SHOULDER JUST WEST OF V1 TO CALL 911. V2 STRUCK V1 CAUSING THE DRIVER OF V1 TO BE EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. V3 WAS STRUCK BY A TIRE OFF OF V1.
