Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON I-30 WHEN A TIRE BLEW OUT. DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND THE VEH WENT OFF THE ROADWAY AND OVERTURNED. THE PASSENGER WAS EJECTED. VICTIMS WERE PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY MILLER CO CORONER EDDIE HAWKINS.
