Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 45 APPROACHING HWY 412. V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A LEFT HAND CURVE AND RAN OFF THE ROAD AND STRUCK A HIGHWAY SIGN. DRIVER WAS THROWN FROM HIS MOTORCYCLE AND PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE MADISON COUNTY CORONER.
